Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers
AIR/TAK Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream pneumatic equipment. These dryers utilize twin towers containing adsorbent desiccants to provide standard pressure dew points of -40°F and can provide dew points as low as -100°F. While the compressed air is being dried in one tower, the desiccant in the other tower is being regenerated. Prefilters and afterfilters are required with installation.

Heatless Regenerative Air Dryers
AIR/TAK "HLD" dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream point of use. They employ the fundamental and dynamic relationship between desiccant adsorption and regeneration in a twin tower design.

Recommended Equipment
AIR/TAK recomends a coalescing prefilter (Grade C) to protect the desiccant against damage from liquid oil and water as well as solid contaminants. A particulate afterfilter (Grade P), which removes any desiccant dust from the outlet air, is recommended to protect downstream equipment.
