Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers
AIR/TAK Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream pneumatic equipment. These dryers utilize twin towers containing adsorbent desiccants to provide standard pressure dew points of -40°F and can provide dew points as low as -100°F. While the compressed air is being dried in one tower, the desiccant in the other tower is being regenerated. AIR/TAK "HLD" dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream point of use. They employ the fundamental and dynamic relationship between desiccant adsorption and regeneration in a twin tower design.

Recommended Equipment
AIR/TAK recomends a coalescing prefilter (Grade C) to protect the desiccant against damage from liquid oil and water as well as solid contaminants. A particulate afterfilter (Grade P), which removes any desiccant dust from the outlet air, is recommended to protect downstream equipment.
