Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers

AIR/TAK Regenerative Desiccant Air Dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream pneumatic equipment. These dryers utilize twin towers containing adsorbent desiccants to provide standard pressure dew points of -40°F and can provide dew points as low as -100°F. While the compressed air is being dried in one tower, the desiccant in the other tower is being regenerated. Prefilters and afterfilters are required with installation.

Externally Heated Regenerative Air Dryers

Low Dew Point for Dry Air: AIR/TAK Externally Heated Regenerative Air Dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream pneumatic equipment. The outlet dew point from AIR/TAK "EHD" dryers is -40°F (or lower) at line pressure. Sensitive pneumatically operated equipment such as instrumentation, air logic units, cylinders, valves and actuators function with greater accuracy and have a longer life with moisture-free air.

Blower Purge Regenerative Air Dryers

Low Dew Point for Dry Air:
AIR/TAKExternally Heated Blower Purge Regenerative Air Dryers deliver a continuous supply of super dry compressed air to downstream pneumatic equipment. The outlet dew point from AIR/TAK "BPD" dryers is -40°F (or lower) at line pressure. Sensitive pneumatically operated equipment such as instrumentation, air logic units, cylinders, valves and actuators function with greater accuracy and have a longer life with moisture-free air.
