Deliquescent Air Dryers

AIR/TAK Deliquescent Air Dryers are available in capacities from 48 to 5000 SCFM. These dryers work by passing moist air (gas) over a bed of Deli-Dry deliquescent tablets which absorb moisture vapor from the air (gas), suppressing the pressure dew point by
20°F. As the tablets slowly dissolve, the condensation drops into the drain area, and drier air flows through the outlet into the system piping.
Deliquescent air dryers can be installed in virtually any location indoors or out, remote locations, mobile equipment or offshore. They consume no energy and have no moving parts, so they are economical to use and maintain.
Prefilters and afterfilters are required with installation. AIR/TAK deliquescent dryers remove water from compressed air on demand. Whether it's summer or winter, day or night, full flow or reduced flow, the flexible AIR/TAK dryer responds automatically to system requirements. And it can be easily installed wherever dry air is needed - indoors, outdoors, remote locations, mobile equipment, or offshore.
