AIR/TAK Fluid Cooling Systems are of the closed-loop dry type consisting of a pump station, air-cooled heat exchanger and water-cooled trim cooler. These systems are sized for each application to eliminate costly water consumption and sewage charges.
These systems reduce operating costs and increase manufacturing efficiency by continuously removing heat from industrial equipment and processes. As the fluid in the system is recirculated, these dry-type closed loop systems greatly reduce water and sewage costs. These noncontaminating closed systems are cleaner to operate than open-type systems, reducing downtime and maintenance costs. They also reduce scale and dirt build-up on heat exchanger surfaces, extending the service life of equipment.
AIR/TAK Industrial Closed Loop Fluid Cooling Systems feature an industrial Air-Cooled Fluid Cooler and are available in Simplex and Duplex Pump Stations. They are complete systems that are prepiped and wired for ease of installation. These systems can be used for water and glycol solutions, hydraulic fluids and lubricants.
